Everyone has email, social media accounts and smart phones. What is missing is online personal branding profiles, IE: personal websites with a persons name as the web address. According to a 2013 survey conducted by AYTM, 56% of hiring managers are more impressed with a job seekers personal website than any other personal branding tool but only 7% of job seekers actually have one. At the end of 2013, we launched the resume website platform for re-sellers. Re-sellers signed up over 1500 subscribers by the end of 2014 so online personal branding technology is starting to gain momentum.

The day’s of just having a paper resume will soon be gone forever.
